Kyle, Katy & Ron — really great working through this together. What we're building with MOG has real potential, and the right design system can do a lot of heavy lifting as we move toward your fundraising conversations.

What we're building here isn't just a logo or a can. It's a full design system, with wordmark, color palette, typography, label architecture, and flavor variants. Each a separate deliverable, called out below.

Selected approach: Option A — Phased Milestones. Each phase has a defined deliverable and a clear price. Work moves forward only when the current phase is approved and paid.
Phase 1
Discovery & Single SKU Design
Brand Discovery Session, creative brief, three directions, one refined to production-ready
$3,500
flat fee
25% deposit to begin

Deliverables
  • Brand Discovery Session & signed creative brief
  • Brand direction and positioning review
  • Wordmark / logo concept — 3 directions
  • Color palette and typography selection
  • Can label design, front panel — 3 directions
  • Approved direction refined to full label
  • Front panel, back panel, legal copy panel
  • UPC and ingredient placeholder areas set
  • Print-spec production-ready files
  • Printer consultation on constraints
Terms
  • 25% deposit ($875) on signing
  • Balance invoiced at start of following month
  • 3-week delivery from cleared deposit
  • 2 rounds of revisions included
  • Additional revisions scoped & quoted separately
  • No design begins before brief is signed
The Brand Discovery Session is a short Teams call where we lock down the creative brief together. This keeps everyone aligned and prevents costly changes later.
Phase 1B
SKU Family Expansion
Approved Phase 1 direction applied consistently across all four flavors
$2,500
flat fee
Triggered when Phase 1 approved & paid

Deliverables
  • Flavors 2, 3, and 4 label designs
  • Full label per SKU — front, back, legal panel
  • Consistent flavor color and icon system
  • Production-ready print files, all 4 SKUs
  • Consolidated asset package for printer
Terms
  • 25% deposit ($625) when Phase 1 is approved
  • Balance invoiced at start of following month
  • 2-week delivery from deposit
  • 1 round of revisions per SKU included
The four-can lineup for your pitch deck and investor materials. A consistent, production-ready family tells a much stronger story than a single mockup.
Phase 2 — Post-Fundraising
Full Brand System
Logo system, brand standards, secondary packaging, social templates
Scoped after 1B
flat fee or retainer
Phase 2 is the full brand architecture that scales post-launch. No commitment needed now — we scope it together when the time is right.
Phases 1 & 1B Combined
Investor-ready four-SKU lineup, all production files
$6,000 to pitch-ready
A few things worth noting
These rates reflect our working relationship, not a standard new-client quote. Print production, photography, third-party stock, and filing fees are billed as pass-through costs at actual cost. Any equity or stock arrangement is welcome as a supplemental bonus — must be documented in writing before work begins and does not replace the project fee. Work does not begin without a signed agreement and cleared deposit. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are scoped and quoted in writing before work proceeds.
Purpose
Our purpose is to fuel everyday performance through clean, functional teas that support strength, beauty, and balance. We exist to elevate daily rituals with clean ingredients, real benefits, and a sense of vitality that people can feel.
Mission
Our mission is to elevate daily rituals with functional teas that deliver real benefits and real enjoyment. We combine clean ingredients, modern flavor, and purposeful design to help people feel more energized, focused, and radiant every day.

No brand in this competitive set combines a doctor-formulated functional stack (creatine + collagen + chromium + prebiotic fiber) with a tea format, physician credibility, and a clean/premium aesthetic at a mid-premium price point. That is MOG’s differentiated territory — and it is currently unclaimed.
